About

We are a family of 3 adventurers: John, Josi & Oskar. We love to travel to lots of different places and experience the local cultures as much as we can. We are documenting these both for ourselves and for anyone else who might be interested or planning a trip of their own. You will see that we love travel with rucksacks (for example on the Trans-Siberian Railway) and by 4×4 (notably through Southern Africa)…these types of trips feature the most!

Here is a little bit about each of us:

Josi is Danish, was born in France but grew up in the UK. She loves being a mummy, singing, cooking and experiencing new things. Travel has always been a keen interest but John has brought out her more adventurous side! Josi’s areas of expertise are:

John was born in the UK but is half Swedish. He was a lawyer for 9 years and then set up is own business in London Property. John has always loved travel and the outdoors, particularly big mountains and off the beaten track places. His favourite places include Sweden, Alaska, Nepal and the high Andes.
